Cheri was excellent. She went above and beyond her role to sell the property. There were complications because I live out of state and was going to travel out of the country and she facilitated the paperwork necessary to complete the sell. She also kept me informed of everything even though I was not in the country. I would highly recommend her and actually we have hired her to sell another property.
